Once payment has been received, we will confirm your order by sending a confirmation email to the address you provided in your order form. This confirmation email establishes a legally binding contract between you and Bagriply.com.

2. Our Right to Refuse Your Order

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Insufficient stock of the items you ordered.
  • Inability to deliver to your location.
  • An incorrect price listed due to typographical errors or supplier errors.

If we refuse your order, we will notify you via email and will promptly refund any payment made. We are not obligated to provide compensation for disappointment suffered due to the refusal of your order.

3. Price

The prices for the products you order are listed on our website and are subject to change at any time. All orders are processed in USD (U.S. Dollar), and any currency conversions are provided for customer convenience only and are approximate. Additional delivery charges may apply, and these are also indicated at the time of order.

4. Right for You to Cancel Your Contract

You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you ordered at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the day after your order was placed, without providing any reason and without penalty.

To cancel your contract, you must notify us in writing via email. If you’ve already received the goods, you must return them at your own cost and risk.

Note: Custom-made or special-order items are excluded from the cancellation policy unless they are faulty or delivered in error.

Upon cancellation, any payments made will be refunded to your original payment method within 30 days, provided the items are returned to us in their original condition.

5. Delivery of Goods to You

We will deliver the goods you ordered to the address you provided at the time of order. Delivery will occur as soon as possible after your order is accepted, and in any case, within 30 days. Ownership of the goods transfers to you upon delivery. After delivery, the goods will be at your risk, and we are not liable for their loss or destruction.

6. Fraud Prevention

In order to prevent fraud, we may use the personal information you provide to perform anti-fraud checks. Personal information may be shared with credit reference agencies or fraud prevention organizations for the purpose of identity verification. These checks are strictly for fraud prevention purposes and will not impact your credit rating. The contract between you and Bagriply.com is governed by and interpreted in accordance with U.S. law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United States of America.

10. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, along with our current website prices, delivery details, contact information, and privacy policy, make up the entire agreement regarding the supply of goods. No verbal representations by sales personnel should be considered as a modification of these terms.

We are not liable for any untrue or misleading statements unless made due to fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
