At Bagriply, we strive to ensure that all our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. While we inspect and verify all products before shipment, we understand that, in some cases, returns, exchanges, or refunds may be necessary. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returnable and Refundable Items

  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order to initiate a return or replacement.
  • Returns, Replacements, and Refunds: All returns, replacements, and refunds must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, the goods must be in original packaging and in new condition with all tags attached.
  • Shipping and Handling Fees: The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returns or replacements, unless the return is due to a mistake made by Bagriply.com.

Important: If the return is due to our mistake, we will reimburse the shipping and delivery fees. Please send us images of the defect before initiating a return or replacement.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Products that are customized or made-to-order are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Sale and Discounted Items: Items bought on sale or with discounts are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Items Worn or Altered: Products that have been worn, altered, or used are not eligible for return.
  • Multiple Item Orders: Customers who order more than two products at once are not eligible for return or replacement unless the product is defective. We discourage bulk orders for trial purposes.

How to Return an Item

If your item is eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Obtain Approval: First, submit a Request for Return/Replacement to [email protected]. Please include your name, order number, and the email address used for the order. If the item is faulty, kindly attach images of the defect.
  2. Return Address: Once your return request is approved, our sales representative will respond within 48 working hours and provide the return address.
  3. Shipping: We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns to ensure the item reaches us securely. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the item is defective.
  4. Final Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item is eligible for a return or replacement, we will proceed with processing your refund or replacement.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method, such as PayPal or Stripe.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

PayPal and Stripe Payments

Refunds will be processed to your PayPal or Stripe account, depending on your original payment method. Both platforms process refunds securely, and you will receive a notification from them once the refund has been completed.
